Your WHOLE Self
All individuals, including you, have several characteristics. For example, you have a physical body, you have emotions, you have intelligence, and you have a social self. In this activity, you can create a personal assessment showing your self-esteem in each of these four areas. Then, you can get some ideas for improving your self-esteem.

Physical: How do you feel about your body?
Emotional: How do you feel about your level of satisfaction? Are you happy?
Social: How do you feel about your ability to make friends? Do others automatically like you? How easily do you get along with others?
Intellectual: How do you feel about your knowledge level and your ability to learn?
Look at each of the above self-esteem areas. Rate yourself between 1 and 10 for each area.

Select your rating by clicking each of the drop-down boxes. Then click the SUBMIT button to get your personal assessment.

Do this activity again in a few months to see if your opinion of yourself has changed. Choose one area of self-esteem you would like to improve and write it down. Now state an activity you will do to improve it.
